KME to Sell Culti Milano Stake to Emosia Group

Italian home fragrance diffuser maker Culti Milano has undergone a change of control, becoming part of Emosia Group.WHO: Culti Milano was founded in 1990 by interior designer Alessandro Agrati, who launched the brand’s signature glass flacons with wooden stick diffusers. The product gained immediate success and remains one of Culti Milano’s bestsellers. Spray fragrances, scented candles, perfumed sachets for closets and drawers and liquid hand soaps and creams were progressively added to complete the range.Emosia Group operates in nearly 70 countries, with over 9,000 stores and a turnover exceeding €110 million, of which approximately half is generated abroad.
